The problem

Organisations increasingly wish to support and promote the wellbeing and mental health of their staff. Whether a business is commercial, educational or provides healthcare, it thrives if its people are healthy, focused and motivated.  We are often asked to help.


In some cases, organisations know clearly what they would like; in others, there is more a sense that ‘life is very challenging at the moment and we’d like to provide useful support’.

Our solution

Our consultancy work is different to - but may incorporate - formal teaching and learning. Just like our courses, it is flexible and always tailored to your needs.
 

Our relationship with you may last a few days, months or longer. We always review the efficacy of what we have suggested and helped you to implement, and assist you in planning for the future.

What we have offered to companies in the past includes, but is not limited to the following:

Making with you an assessment of needs and creating a strategy to meet them

Creating ‘coffee time’ resources that staff can dip into as required

Offering advice on when and why staff feel more or less motivated

Developing an ongoing learning culture

Coaching on how to make appraisals a more positive, formative experience

Teaching mentoring skills and helping you to set up a mentoring structure that suits how you work

‘Training the trainers’: teaching some of our content to member of your staff, so that they can go on to offer these ‘in house’
